Why Are My Paid Features Missing?
If you can't see or access your paid features, it's may be because your account isn't currently logged in with the correct subscription.
You can check your Online Portal to check what subscriptions you have, and whether they are active.

There are also some features that are provided as part of the Continuous Protection program, and are contingent on your participation in automatic renewal. We encourage users to maintain Continuous Protection to enjoy the full benefits of their subscription and avoid any disruptions in service.
