TotalAV Setup

Start Menu

Open the Windows Start Menu by either clicking on the Start Menu icon or tapping the Windows icon on your keyboard.

Search for TotalAV

Type TotalAV in your Windows search bar, under the Apps tab.

In the right-hand pane of the Search Menu, find Uninstall and click on it.

Installed Apps

Scroll down the Apps list, until you find TotalAV and click on the three horizontal dots to bring up a drop-down menu.

Click on Uninstall in the drop-down menu.

Uninstall Confirmation

Click Uninstall again to confirm that you wish to uninstall TotalAV.

Allow this App to make changes to your device

To allow TotalAV to be uninstalled, you must allow the app access to do so. Click Yes to proceed with the uninstallation.

Click on Uninstall to start the uninstallation process.

Restart Computer

Click Yes to complete the uninstallation process of TotalAV.

Scroll down the Apps list, until you find TotalAV and click on it.

Once you have TotalAV selected, click on Uninstall/Change.

To allow TotalAV to be uninstalled, you must allow the app access to do so. Click Yes to proceed with the uninstallation.

Click on Uninstall to start the uninstallation process.

Restart Computer

Click Yes to complete the uninstallation process of TotalAV.

Open TotalAV

Double click on the TotalAV icon on your desktop or go to Applications and open it from there.

At the top of your Mac, you will see the Menu Bar. Find TotalAV, and click on it.

Uninstall TotalAV

From the drop-down menu, click on Uninstall TotalAV.

Confirmation of Uninstall

To confirm that you wish to uninstall TotalAV, click OK.

TotalAV is Trying to Modify a System Extension

To allow this process to happen, please enter your Mac's User Credentials.

TotalAV Wants to Make Changes

To allow this process to happen, please enter your Mac's User Credentials again.

Uninstallation Successful

Click OK in the newly opened Uninstall TotalAV window.

Find TotalAV

Locate the TotalAV application on your device.

Touch

Press and hold the TotalAV application.

Remove

A menu will open, displaying multiple options. Tap on Uninstall.

Accept

Tap OK to confirm.

Uninstallation Successful

A notification will display somewhere on your device, notifying you that TotalAV has been uninstalled.

Find TotalAV

Locate the TotalAV application on your device.

Touch

Press and hold the TotalAV application.

Remove App

A menu will open, displaying multiple options. Tap on the first option called Remove App.

Delete TotalAV

Tap Delete App.

Confirmation

In the new confirmation window, tap Delete.
